Privacy Policy
ITC Continuum takes the protection of the personal data of its visitors and clients seriously. This policy describes the data we collect through this site, its purpose, and your rights.
Data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect: first name, last name, company, job title, business email address, phone number (optional), the type of challenge selected, and the content of your message.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to process your consultation request, respond to you, and, should you become a client, manage the ongoing business relationship. It is never sold or used for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (voluntary submission of the form) and on ITC Continuum’s legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries addressed to it.
Data recipients
Your data is accessible to ITC Continuum team members responsible for handling business inquiries. Sending email notifications may involve a technical sub-processor (an email delivery provider), acting solely on behalf of ITC Continuum and under its instructions.
Retention period
Data submitted through the contact form is retained for a maximum of 3 years from our last interaction, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies or a contractual relationship is ongoing.
Analytics
This site may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (such as Plausible Analytics), which does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable data. No prior consent is required for this type of measurement under applicable guidance.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@itc-continuum.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
